1. Educational & Informational Purpose Only

All content, state guides, checklists, and document tools provided on this platform are for general educational and informational guidance only. We do not provide legal advice, official revenue adjudication, or certificate issuance services.

2. Non-Affiliation with Government Bodies

CasteCertificate.in is an independent civic portal. We are not owned, managed, affiliated, or endorsed by the Government of India, the National Informatics Centre (NIC), any State Government, or any District Revenue Administration. Official government transactions must be conducted exclusively on authorized government portals (.gov.in / .nic.in).

3. Use of Document Compression & Browser Tools

Our client-side document and photo compressor tool operates entirely in your web browser. We do not store or transmit your documents. While our tool aims to help you meet portal upload criteria (e.g. < 50 KB), you are solely responsible for ensuring that your final documents are legible and compliant with state departmental standards.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CasteCertificate.in, its authors, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from application delays, rejections, or errors occurring on third-party state government portals.
